Picture yourself skipping, jumping and playing at home with your family while your friends and classmates do the same in their homes.
That’s Virtual Jump Rope for Heart! This year is even more special. We’re hoping 100,000 kids will help other kids by participating in #VirtualJump. Be one of them!
Follow these 5 steps to get started:
Watch our Kick-off video and get pumped about having fun while being active.
Remember: Fundraising is online only this year and we will not be distributing or collecting pledge envelopes for cash and cheque donations.

Protecting your heart and brain health is as EASY as picking a favourite healthy habit to focus on as a family! EASY is fun for everyone to practice at home.
Eat fruits and vegetables - Fill half your plate with a rainbow of fruits and veggies to keep growing up healthy.
Active for 1 hour or more - The faster you move your body, the faster your heart pumps to power up your brain and muscles with blood and oxygen.
Screens for less than 2 hours per day (outside of classwork) - Fundraising online is fun, but most of your free time should be spent away from televisions and technology, being active to keep your heart and brain healthy.
Yes to water and no to sugary drinks - Half your body (including your heart and brain) is made of water so make sure you drink enough to fuel it.
Set a personal goal on your fundraising page and try out some of these ideas to help get you there.
When you’re ready to ask for a donation, you can say:
“I’m
protecting my heart
and brain
and helping Heart & Stroke save lives by raising money for Jump Rope for Heart. Would you like
to
support
me?”
