It’s easy! Try a new activity or healthy habit each week - and check out our inspiring resources to further help you on your wellness journey. Along the way, earn badges, share your wellness journey and tips with others in our community forum, feel invigorated, and reach peak form by June 5 - Event Day!

Starting May 1st, check the app to find the weekly activities and resources lined up for you.
Within the app you can:
- Add your preferred activity to match your own goals;
- Compare notes on your wellness journey through the Ride Community message boards;
- Ask questions of life coaches, registered dietitians and fitness experts as part of our Road to Health and Wellness AMA series (Ask Me Anything). Stay tuned for dates, special guests and topics!
