The Canadian stroke community recognizes the Congress Scientific Program as an important educational forum for Canadian stroke providers and planners. The program delivers high-quality scientific evidence and education through plenary sessions, lively debates, clinical trial updates, poster and moderated poster presentations, simultaneous oral sessions, interactive workshops and more.

The purpose of the Canadian Stroke Congress is to increase capacity for stroke care planning and delivery in Canada by providing a forum for showcasing new innovations, exchanging ideas, building collaborations, and sharing advances in best practices among an interdisciplinary group of stroke care providers and planners in stroke prevention, treatment, and recovery.
