All fees are in Canadian Dollars plus 13% (HST).
Registration is NON-REFUNDABLE. Attendee substitution is permitted at an administrative charge of $60 CAD (+GST).
*To qualify for the Senior Delegate rate you must provide ID showing proof of age.
**To qualify for the trainee Congress registration fee, applicants must submit a letter from their department administration office or divisional head as proof of full-time enrollment in an academic educational program or specialty-training program. All supporting documentation must be sent to the Canadian Stroke Congress Secretariat to the attention of Lindsay Fehr by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org at the time of registration, otherwise full registration fees will apply
