Happy Winter Friends and Family!
What a way to welcome Heart and Stroke month...with a wonderful wintery dusting of snow and a reminder to get moving outside to get my own heart working! This year again I am so grateful to those of your that bolster my fundraising efforts door to door. On behalf of Heart & Stroke, I’m connecting with as many people as possible to raise funds for research and to reach more individuals to share life-saving information.
