Thanks for taking a look at my page. I'd like to tell you why I have decided to fundraise and what your donation does.

Cardiovascular disease is a leading cause of death for Canadian men and women. I want to help change this. That’s why I’m fundraising to create more survivors.

All of the money I raise will go to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, where they’ll use it to develop life-saving treatments that bring hope to heart disease and stroke patients. In the last year alone, the Heart and Stroke Foundation has helped create 165,000 survivors of heart disease and stroke and has given them more time to enjoy life.  I too am a heart disease survivor having had a heart attack at the age of 42.  I am now 64.

Please help me reach my fundraising goal by making a donation today.
