What began as a group of neighbours biking to stay active, has now become a group of friends fighting the good fight.
We all know people who are effected by heart disease. Some of us ourselves, suffer from it, or have lost loved ones to heart disease or stroke. God knows we can't fix everything in this world, but we can do our part to help future generations (and hopefully ours) battle and hopefully beat heart disease. Ourselves. Our children. Our loved ones. We fight for them.
With all that's going on in the world, funding for research is more critical than ever. That is why our team is participating in the first-ever Manulife Heart & Stroke Virtual Ride for Heart. Though we can't ride with 1000's of other people in Toronto, we will be riding along them in spirit. We will be riding our longest ride of 50km, and if we hit our group goal, we will extend another 10kms. You too can help those at risk as your donation will help fund life-saving research breakthroughs. Help our team fund this important research and meet our fundraising goal.
